At Oracle Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety, allowing returns on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry, items with broken tamper-evident seals are strictly ineligible for return or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your jewelry is in its original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging and that the return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the sealed items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in a padded mailer or rigid box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items and confirms the seals are intact, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
